Who is responsible

This site belongs to V. Cobe, author of The Colors of Alemeth. For any request about your data, write to contacto@thecolorsofalemeth.com.

Mailing list

If you ask to be notified, we keep your email address and the language you signed up in (Portuguese or English). We only use them to write to you about the series: new volumes, releases, and news. We never sell them or share them with anyone.

Your subscription only becomes active after you confirm it in the email we send you. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

The list is run by MailerLite, an email service based in the European Union, which processes the data on our behalf. We keep your email until you leave the list.

To leave, use the link at the bottom of every email, or write to us.

Statistics

To know how many people visit the site and what they look for, we use Umami. It doesn’t use cookies or store your IP address, and it doesn’t identify anyone. We only see aggregate numbers: pages visited, country, device type, where you came from, and a few clicks, such as the store buttons and the niche quiz results.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use cookies.

Stores and other sites

The links to Amazon, Kobo, and other stores take you to sites with their own privacy rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to the email above.

If you think your data was mishandled, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt) or to the authority in your own country.
